Configuring Fisheye-Hemi v2.0 or greater in Affinity Photo

Affinity Photo supports some Adobe Photoshop compatible plug-ins including Fisheye-Hemi. Install and configure Fisheye-Hemi for use with Affinity Photo by following the steps below.

Mac:

If you do not have Fisheye-Hemi for Mac (Photoshop) v2.0 or greater installed, then download and install from this link: https://imadio.com/download_hemi.aspx

During the "Application Selection" part of the setup select "Affinity Photo" as one of the applications where Fisheye-Hemi will be installed.  Complete the setup.

Start Affinity Photo.

Go to Affinity Photo->Preferences->Photoshop Plugins.

Click "Add" under "Plugin Search Folders".

Add the directory where Fisheye-Hemi was installed:
"Computer/Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Imadio/Hemi 2"

Click "Allow 'Unknown plugins' to be used".

Restart Affinity Photo

The Fisheye-Hemi plugin will be available under Filters->Plugins->Imadio

Windows:

If you don't have Fisheye-Hemi for Windows (Photoshop) v2.0 already installed, then download and install from this link: https://imadio.com/download_hemi.aspx

During the "Application Selection" part of the setup select "Affinity Photo" as one of the applications where Fisheye-Hemi will be installed.  Complete the setup.

If you do not have Photoshop or Elements on your machine then create your own plugin directory, for example, "C:\yourPlugInDirectory".  Then copy the following file to the directory you just created:

C:\Program Files\Imadio\Hemi 2.0\Fisheye-Hemi2_x64.8bf
assuming C: is the drive where you installed Fisheye-Hemi.

Start Affinity Photo.

Go to Affinity Photo->Preferences->Photoshop Plugins.

Click "Add" under "Plugin Search Folders".

If you have Photoshop or Elements on your machine then add that application's plug-in folder.
For example,  for CC that would be:  C:\Program Files\Common\Adobe\Plug-ins\CC\
For Elements:                                  C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 15\Plug-Ins

If you do not have Photoshop or Elements, add the directory you created and copied the plugin into.   For example, "C:\yourPlugInDirectory".

Click "Allow 'Unknown plugins' to be used".

Restart Affinity Photo

The Fisheye-Hemi plugin will be available under Filters->Plugins->Imadio
