If your serial number begins with "TREND" then contact our support team for upgrade options.
If your serial number does NOT begin with "TREND" then follow the instructions below.
- Bring your plug-in up in your imaging application and click on the "Buy/Activate" button.
- Copy your serial number into the "Serial Number" field click OK.
- The activation will fail when no internet access is detected.
- Go to the appropriate location for your product and machine and find the file, "ActivationRequest.xml"

C:\Program Files\Image Trends Inc\ProductName - Send the file ActivationRequest.xml to Imadio support at https://imadio.zendesk.com.
- We will send you the following file back,
"ActivationResponse.xml" - Copy the file to the same location you used in Step 4 and try activating again (Steps 1 and 2).
- Your product should now be activated.
