Manual Activation

If your serial number begins with "TREND" then contact our support team for upgrade options. 

If your serial number does NOT begin with "TREND" then follow the instructions below.

  1. Bring your plug-in up in your imaging application and click on the "Buy/Activate" button.
  2. Copy your serial number into the "Serial Number" field click OK.
  3. The activation will fail when no internet access is detected.
  4. Go to the appropriate location for your product and machine and find the file, "ActivationRequest.xml"

    ProductName
    : Hemi 2, Hemi for Lightroom, ShineOff 3, PearlyWhites 3
    Mac:  Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Imadio/ProductName
    Win:  (64-bit application on a 64-bit machine)
              C:\Program Files (x86)\Imadio\ProductName\lic\x64 
      
              (32-bit application on a 64-bit machine)
              C:\Program Files (x86)\Imadio\ProductName\lic\x86 

    ProductName: Fisheye-Hemi 1  or PearlyWhites 2 or ShineOff 2
    Mac:  Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Image Trends Inc/ProductName 
    Win: C:\Program Files (x86)\Image Trends Inc\ProductName 
             C:\Program Files\Image Trends Inc\ProductName 

  5.  Send the file ActivationRequest.xml to Imadio support at https://imadio.zendesk.com.
  6. We will send you the following file back,
    "ActivationResponse.xml"
  7. Copy the file to the same location you used in Step 4 and try activating again (Steps 1 and 2).
  8. Your product should now be activated.
